Rack 600 series
The 600 series is the most economical variant with width adjustment by screw clamping. By loosening the four screw fasteners, the panel can be adjusted to the desired PCB width. A bar is fitted at the front and rear as standard. During lifting, the bar is moved outwards and engages in the upper position. Circuit boards can be inserted or removed. In the next lift, the guides are blocked.
Rack 700 series
The 700 series features variable manual width adjustment via toothed belt. Pulling from the toothed belt adjusts the panels to the desired board width. It has four precision spindles for adjusting the moving panel. A bar is fitted at the front and rear as standard. During lifting, the bar is moved outwards and engages in the upper position. Circuit boards can be inserted or removed. In the next lift, the guides are blocked.
Rack 800 series
The 800 series is characterised by width adjustment via motorised or manual toothed belt. Using automatic operation, the loader is moved outwards by means of a wedge. On withdrawal, the guide is blocked again. In manual operation, during lifting, the bar is moved outwards and engages in the upper position. In the next lift, the guides are blocked.
