In this regard, it should be noted that this information is provided only for the Site and not for other websites that may be consulted via hyperlinks or widgets (e.g. social networks) published on the Site, but referring to resources outside the domain of the Data Controller or to processing resulting from the voluntary sending of messages.

1. CATEGORIES OF DATA SUBJECTS AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
The Data Controller processes the personal data of natural persons (identified or identifiable) who visit and consult the Site or who voluntarily interact with the Data Controller within the Site.

2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASES

3. MANDATORY NATURE OF PROVIDING REQUESTED DATA AND CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURE TO PROVIDE

6. RETENTION PERIODS FOR PERSONAL DATA
Personal Data will be kept by the Data Controller for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which they were collected; specifically, the Data Controller will retain:

Users’ navigation data (indicated in par. 1, lett. a) for the duration of the browsing session and, in any case, no more than seven days, except in cases of system malfunctions, in which case they will be kept until the problem is resolved;
Users’ communicated data (indicated in par. 1, lett. b):
for personal data communicated through the completion of any forms on the website or by other means to the Data Controller’s contacts, for the time necessary to fulfill the relevant request;
Personal Data whose processing is necessary in relation to legal obligations for the duration required by law;
and, in any case, for the purposes indicated in par. 2, n. 2, for a period not exceeding the limitation period for relevant actions increased by a prudent period of six months, to ensure the Company’s right to defense in potential future disputes in judicial or administrative proceedings.
In all cases, once the respective terms have expired, all Personal Data will be deleted or anonymized. It remains understood that the indicated terms may be extended in cases where further retention is required in the event of disputes, requests from competent authorities, or in accordance with applicable regulations.


7. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY OR AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION

8. RIGHTS
Users, if applicable, may exercise the following rights towards the Data Controller:
